It's 1 min walking distance to all amenities, mini-market, atm, bus stops, pharmacies, and restaurants. It has a big terrace for BBQs, to relax and to enjoy the view. By car, it's 12mins from the Airport, 5mins from Ghar Dalam, and 15mins from Valletta (no traffic). It's located on the fourth floor, 72 steps, no elevator :( BUT the view is worth it :)
