Just a 15 min ferry ride from Redland Bay terminal, runs 1/2 hourly. Catch the passenger ferry or you can bring the car on the ferry for about $110 return. There are 2 clubs with free shuttle bus (no membership needed!) Also cafes, takeaways, IGA.
