During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Visita guidata del golfo di Napoli della durata di 3 ore, con spiegazione storica ambientale della città, snorkeling e bagno nelle splendide acque del golfo, sono presenti in barca numerosi confort: doccetta, gonfiabili, musica, tendalino per l'ombra, frigo, doccia, cuscini e attrezzatura da snorkeling. Gli orari di visita (partenze) sono alle 10:30 e alle 14:30. Andremo alla scoperta di luoghi meravigliosi come il Castel dell'ovo, la collina di Posillipo e palazzo Donn’Anna. Visiteremo la meravigliosa Villa Lauro in snorkeling, approdando in una splendida spiaggia privata con una fonte di acqua minerale naturalmente frizzante e potabile, nonchè splendide coltivazioni di capperi, giardini e un panorama mozzafiato. Verrà sempre offerto da bere e da stuzzicare. Si parte da Mergellina alle 10:30 o alle 14:30, si fa un bagno a posillipo e successivamente si va a visitare Villa Lauro in snorkeling. Tornando verso casa si incontra palazzo Don Anna e si ritorna al porto. E' importante incontrarsi 20 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour per motivi logistici. We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 18 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. So First step I'll give aprons, and we'll start creating the dough. You gonna receive all explanations about ingredients. its process and secrets, step by step you'll make your neapolitan dough! Second step will be about cutting the dough, through a special and old technique of more than 600 years, called "mozzatura", learnt from mozzarella chefs. After i will give you a local starter. This part is very important for you to understand the high quality of products that everybody should use while cooking. Finally we gonna make the Margherita pizza! I will show you how to stretch out pizza dough and add ingredients on top like only a pizza chef does. I'll explain you each ingredient but a little focus more on our juicy San Marzano tomato recipe. Last step we will cook the pizza in the neapolitan oven. I'll give you many info's about that and you will also put your pizza on the plate. While you'll enjoy your pizza with an included drink, I'll tell you the history of Pizza. And finally you'll receive a personalized diploma!

Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). We pick you up in Positano Pier. This experience combines relax on the enchanting places of the coast, pic-nic on board, swimming, snorkeling and quality time. I want to let you live a special day like the time l spent when l was a child with my family on boat on Sunday. In my experience I put all my passion for the sea to let you enjoy an unforgettable day on the coast. I show you the all hidden germs. We start the enchanting cruise from Positano, following the coast admiring the beauties of the coast like "Pirate grotto", Praiano, Furore lover's bridge, Conca Dei Marini, Elephant kissing rock. When we arrive in Conca Dei Marini, we put the ancor down to start our pic-nic in one of most beautiful area. Here you can jump in some cristalline water. We take our pic-nic basket with local products, prosecco, classic panino, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and our particular bread with fennel. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Path of the Gods is an amazing hike from Agerola (Amalfi) to Nocelle (Positano), cause you can see all the Amalfi Coast, Salerno's gulf, Cilento and Capri. The tour ends in Nocelle (Positano), than you can decide either to get 1800 steps down to Positano, or the bus to Positano. 4 Ds of the Gods' path: Difficulty: E (Hiker-MODERATE), Duration: 3 hours , Dislivell: 250 meters and Distance: 7 kms ( 5 miles). So you need to be MODERATE FIT and wear good grip shoes. During the summer you can bring a swimming suit, cause in Positano there is a fantastic beach called Fornillo. Since three generations, my family owns the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one!
