Guest Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own independent entrance, and consists of a bedroom with high ceilings, breakfast kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, & own lounge setting on a shared front verandah. Close to public transport, 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, and lake. Please note that there is NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.
Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
