Please fully read the description. I want to show you not the usual turistic spot but very beautiful places I love. 3 amazing spots: 2 seaside bays and 1 river spot. We'll move along the North coast close to the town of Terrasini, snorkeling, exploring and discovering the Mediterranean environment. All the spots are rather ROCKY with a very clean blue and turquoise water, and the last one will include some natural hot springs along a river, to finish relaxing in the warm water. This tour will be the best way to discover and enjoy the nature of Sicily. It's up to the host (and conditions) to start the tour visiting a nice sandy beach on the way. Lunch is around 1.30 p.m. with the possibility to eat traditional pasta with fresh fish, street food or ice cream (lunch not included). The time schedule is very elastic, according to needs and expectations, but it's also a RESPONSABILITY of each guest to be able to visit all the spots planned. In each spot WE'LL WALK to reach the spot and to return back at the car. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and blu grotto. You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours. The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.o

Our experience will start from Sorrento Port, make yourself confortable with a fresh drink, we are ready!!! Crossing the Sorrento gulf you ll see the ''Regina Giovanna'', an ancient roman s house built on the rock, the ''Saraceno''tower, the little village of Sammontano, the Lobra s marine untill the ''Campanella'' cape, the last piece of Sorrento coast... at this point we ll be arrived on the other side, the Amalfi coast.... sailing with the sun on front we ll reach the '' Li Galli '' islands, a magical hotspot in the middle of the sea,the perfect place for a fresh swim. After this stop, i ll take you to the city of Amalfi, you ll have one hour and half to visit this ancient ''Maritime Republic'' and its baroque cathedral. On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. We ll cross Nerano untill the ''Mortelle'' beach to snorkeling in cristalline water... coming back to Sorrento with a red sunset you ll fall in love of my coast... jump on board !!! Rilassarsi una giornata in barca, ascoltare la melodia del vento, ammirare le meraviglie del golfo e la costiera sorrentina dal mare è favoloso; nuotare all'interno delle grotte in una baia accessibile solo dal mare... assaporare prodotti freschi e frutta di stagione cullati dalle onde... è stupendo. Un'esperienza differente dalle altre, che NON si limita ad una breve navigazione trascorrendo la giornata ancorati, ma vive davvero il mare, dove gli ospiti sono protagonisti della vela. Lontano dagli sterioripi turistici di massa. Ed anche in autunno, con il clima mite di queste latitudini, puoi trascorrere una piacevole giornata rilassandoti in barca a vela. Accogliamo i Ns. clienti con il calore tipico della gente del SUD, quel calore che scalda più il cuore che il corpo e resta impresso nella mente di ogni ospite. Dopo il benvenuto accompagnato da un cocktail molto fresco, rigorosamente green a base di lime, menta, zenzero e kiwy si apre la Cooking Class. Le sapienti mani di mamma Marisa, custodi delle tecniche di lavorazione della cucina tipica Pugliese, mostreranno con amore come, utilizzando un pugno di farina ed un pò d' acqua, si riescano a realizzare le famose orecchiette Pugliesi. Sarà poi la volta della goliardica e sempre verde Mamma Palma, cuore pulsante del’intera Cooking Class. Sarà lei ad insegnare le tecniche di preparazione dell’impasto della focaccia mediterranea e come con qualche litro di latte fresco munto in giornata ed un cucchiaino di caglio si possa dar vita ad un fresco e gustoso formaggio. Dopo tanto lavoro e milioni di sorrisi, le focacce saranno cotte nel forno a legna e le orecchiette saranno cucinate come tradizione prevede. Ora finalmente tutti a tavola, per la cena finale durante la quale verranno servite le diverse pietanze preparate durante lo show cooking alle quali si aggiungeranno una serie di piatti tipici della nostra amata Puglia. The workshop is held in the school of the Verace Neapolitan Pizza Association and involves the preparation of pizza with the help of an instructor of the Association that will lead the participants on this interactive journey. We will leave the civil garments to become pizza chefs with a personalized apron designed for the occasion, we will talk about the "ideal" products, we will prepare the dough by hands to be able to understand the right consistency, will roll the dough on the counter of pizzaiolo and, after having covered it with tomato, Campana buffalo mozzarella, basil and olive oil, the participants will be ready to bake it according to tradition in the old wood-fired pizza oven. Finally, everyone will eat the result of their work, pizza a portafglio (folded in four).For the last hour you will enjoy a moment of conviviality as the Neapolitans love, at the table in front of traditional Neapolitan pizzas signed by our instructors. I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Finally, we'll be making Tiramisù. A traditional italian dessert following the family recipes. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. Our experience will take place aboard a beautiful sailboat off the Amalfi coast on the fabled Mare Azzurro, where we will be exploring many beautiful beaches and places that you can only access from the sea. Feel the warm sun on your face and the wind in your hair. You can go for a swim or just enjoy all the beauty that will be surrounding you on board! We could also take a pause in one of the exclusive beach restaurant in Amalfi reachable only by boat. Other things to note: Ask if you need a different schedule or a different trip, I could arrange a customized experience just for you. I can also help with your transportation to our dock or pick up at another place along the coast. Great for groups, great for teams, great for team-building!!!

All cooking classes start with a description of the daily menu and of its ingredients, with specific reference to seasonality and provenance... plus some interesting story or legend connected to thir preparation. In my kitchen all guests will have available all needed ingredients and tools to carry out preparations. I will guide them step by step in such a way that they will learn how to select ingredients and easily reproduce the recipes at home. Our traditional menu includes preparation of: 1. Ravioli caprese 2. Meatballs in tomato sauce OR Fish with citrus fruits At the end of every lesson the guest will enjoy the meal they have prepared in my lovely terrace vith full sea view on the isle of Capri.

We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. Potrai vedere dal mare la splendida Amalfi Coast, dove potrai tuffarti nelle splendide acque della Costiera, pranzare nella Baia del Cavallo Morto e visitare incantevoli insenature accessibili solo dal mare; potrai fare snorkeling o goderti il sole ed il panorama in assoluta tranquillità. Se lo desideri, posso svolgere mini lezioni di vela e farti partecipare attivamente alle manovre e alla navigazione della barca. Entro le ore 20,00 rientreremo in porto a vela a Salerno e potrai ammirare il famoso tramonto della costiera Amalfitana L'itinerario e l'orario di rientro sono flessibili, farò il possibile per accontentarti in funzione delle condizioni meteo e dei tempi di navigazione. Follow Me to Capri, also offers the possibility to dive into the crystalline waters surrounding Capri. Our first sto will be in the protect area called Le Mortelle , there, we will enjoy a refreshing aperitif on board. We will then sail to Amalfi and stop at Li Galli's islands where we will stop for a swim, providing you with snorkelling equipment. Arrived in Amalfi around 11:30 pm where you’ll have 1 hour and half of free time ashore for a visit of the stunning town and the famous Duomo. On your boarding i will offer you lunch, a special caprese sandwich (mozzarella and tomato ) Then after we'll sail along the spectacular Amalfi Coast , admiring the lovely bay of Praiano , Furore Fiord and a swim stop in the clear waters of Conca dei Marini visiting the Famous Emerald Grotto . Arrived in Positano at around 14:30 where we'll stop in the Positano Beach , you'll have 1 hour and half free time to explore the wonders of this coastal gem. On board again we'll sail along the Amalfi Coast visiting al the cove of Crapolla, and the Isca's island until the amazing Bay of Dreams , where we'l have our last stop for swimming inside the blue waters of the Fisherman’s Grotto. Raggiungeremo poi la costa amalfitana, dove scopriremo: - la Baia di Ieranto, dimora leggendaria delle sirene esplorata anche da Ulisse durante il suo ritorno verso Itaca - l’arcipelago dei Li Galli, luogo leggendario ed oggi meta di numerose celebrità - le torri costiere, costruite per arginare le incursioni saracene e corsare - le città costiere di Nerano, Positano, Praiano, Conca dei Marini ed Amalfi. Ci fermeremo due volte per fare il bagno e per visitare le città di Positano ed Amalfi (1.30h di tempo libero in ogni città). Our exclusive tour of 8hours starts from Sorrento at 9:30 am sailing along the peninsula’s stunning coastline passing Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay. The tour proceeds straight to Capri , where we will stop in the most breathtaking areas of the island like: White, Green and Blue Grotto,,the Champagne and the Heart cave, the Faraglioni rocks and the Punta Carena lighthouse , Tiberio’s jump and Villa Malaparte. (Blue Grotto entrance is optional). After your guided tour around the island we'll disembark at Marina Piccola of Capri , where you will have 3-4 hours of free time to spend on shore, enough to visit the famous Piazzetta or Anacapri . On the way back we will stop for a swim , providing you with snorkelling equipment. Our last stop before Sorrento at 4.00 pm will be in the fantastic Queen Giovanna’s Bath, surrounded by the ruins of the oldest Roman Villa of the coast. Before saying goodbye we will offer you a glass of limoncello ! Other things to note Note that the entrance in the Blue grotto (Ticket € 14) is not included In case of bad sea condition the tour will be cancelled. I'll meet you at Marina Piccola in Sorrento to begin an amazing journey discovering the island of love, sailing the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea through its history, culture and legend. The ancient fishing village of Marina Grande, an ancient Roman villa dating back to the 1st century BC, the natural waterfall used since Roman times, will be the scenery of our trip along the Sorrento peninsula. Then, we will head towards the island of Capri, sailing along the strait that two thousand years ago was the scene of bloody battles. Once in Capri, we will pass by the imposing Faraglioni rocks, admire the villa of Curzio Malaparte, visit the suggestive colored grottoes of Capri: - Blue Grotto - White Grotto - Green Grotto - Marvellous Grotto and we reach the northern part of the island to observe the lighthouse of Punta Carena, one of the oldest in Italy. Three hours of free time on the Island to visit the city center. Included: - Soft drinks - Water - Beer - Seasonal fruit - Snorkeling equipment. Return to Sorrento at around 4:00 pm.

And we will do it from the sea: we will board a typical Sorrento boat, called "Gozzo", and, in 2 hours, we will sail around the island, admiring all the main attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves. While sailing you can sunbathe and relax, with a happy hour on board and good background music, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. My hometown of Positano was famous for tarantella and tammorra, traditional local dance. l want let you experience the local tradition combineted with tour around our magnificent coast. We give you a traditional tambourine and red napkin to start our tour with traditional local music of tarantella. We stop in Arienzo, where we tell about the history of this place. Following comes Praiano and you can swim into "Pirate grotto". We follow the coast til Furore playing and singing with tambourine "La Dolce Vita" like Sofia Loren in her film. We reach Conca Dei Marini, Santa croce beach we stop to swim in the cristalline water and you can see the elefant kissing rock. We stop to serve a classic napoletan aperitif with bruschette, tarallucci with fennel, olives, our traditional cheese and Prosecco. I want to show you my tipical boat day like an ancient family, we don't want to lose our traditions. We continue to sail to Amalfi, there you will have some freetime so you can visit the city, shopping, tasting traditional pastry and limoncello. When you are ready, we will pick you up and start to sail back to Positano on the rhythm of tarantella. We offer fresh fruit and prosecco. Prepareremo gli GNOCCHI rigorosamente fatti in casa a partire da farina e patate attività molto indicata per i bambini che si divertiranno un mondo a preparare il proprio tegamino di gnocchetti ....poi cucineremo insieme il famoso RAGU' che ci servirà da sugo per condire questo saporitissimo primo piatto e per preparare anche la parmigiana di melenzane gustoso contorno noto ai tempi dei Borbone. ....e poi insieme a tavola a degustare quanto preparato accompagnando il tutto con il cosidetto " cuzzetiello" il croccante pane napoletano, non mancherà il buon vino piedirosso delle pendici del Matese.
