We are renting one bedroom w/1 double bed and a private bathroom (tub/shower) on the second floor of our house. We provide free Wifi and self check-in with key pad code. Check in time at 2 p.m. and check out at 11am.
BTW: We own a dog but he is a sweetheart and is super friendly.
