Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park (20 min to Schoodic Point and 35 min to Acadia on Mount Desert Island). Boat rides around Frenchman's Bay are available from our dock. There's a 3 night minimum stay in Cabin 2.

My guests LOVE the location situated on Scenic Hwy 1 between Schoodic Penninsula (15 min) an Acadia Park, and Acadia National Park (35 min) on Mt Desert Island. Local hike and swimming ponds with beaches are within 10 min as well. This is a waterfront property on Flanders Bay, a peaceful and calm bay perfect for kayaking with the 2 kayaks we make available on our 30 ft dock . The studio has everything ready for you to enjoy! Come relax and enjoy all that this Downeast location has to offer!

There are 2 other small cabins plus larger ones available that can accommodate families. In July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay from Sat. to Sat.
