Our house is a very scenic and quiet place. It is oceanfront with a dune view. The ocean is 300 yards away down our own path on our property. Wildlife abounds here with eagles, hawks, seabirds of all kinds, deer, rabbit and even an elk herd. It is in a gated community so there is no traffic or noise.
