Learn about the Bees With our knowledge and experience, we will provide you with initial Do's and Don'ts when working with the bees and their family. Suit up! We will provide the necessary Bee Suit's and gloves, please wear appropriate clothing it can get warm in these suits, also no open-toed shoes! Just getting comfortable Some of our guests are a little apprehensive, so we take the time to just let you get comfortable being around the Bees. Light the smoker and jump on in! This is where we get to see all of the workings of the Colony. We will explain all that is going on and if we are lucky we will spot the queen! Pictures with your new friends! We will provide plenty of opportunities for you to get up close and personal with your new family, and selfies are always required! Revel in the surrealism Take a moment and be proud of what you have learned, and just how close you have become to one of nature's true miracles. This unique hands-on experience is the best way to learn about the importance of honeybees! We will suit up and open up the hive to see how bees live, work, and produce honey. You will definitely leave with greater knowledge and understanding of our pollinator friends and the inner workings of a honeybee colony. ATTN: If you have a known allergy to bee, wasp, or yellow jacket venom, sadly you are prohibited from participating in this experience.

We will set sail from the Ocean City, Maryland commercial harbor, which is often an overlooked gem for guests that travel to Ocean City, a town primarily known for its beautiful beaches. Part of the beauty of the trip is passing Assateague Island to starboard on the way to the ocean- where feral ponies often intermingle with adventurous sunbathers and incredible birds are on full display! After cruising through the inlet connecting the coastal bays with the Atlantic Ocean, we will raise the sails and begin our ocean sailing experience. Depending on the wind/weather, we may cruise along the coast of OC or head a few miles out and check out land from a distance. Ocean sailing is a uniquely peaceful experience and a sailing catamaran provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy sailing. The boat sails flat, so there is no "heeling" (or leaning) as the wind powers the vessel. And because of the configuration of the deck, guest are free to move about the deck and find their perfect "spot" for relaxing- often in the trampoline forward! If the wind/waves are rough, I will mitigate their impact by sailing a bit downwind or by spending more time in the coastal bay navigating along Assateague Island. If conditions allow we will put up a spinnaker- the big, colorful sail that simply catches the wind and inspires awe in passengers and spectators alike! Other things to note Some people worry about motion sickness- and this concern is something to be taken seriously. If you are prone to motion sickness, then we recommend taking something about 30-45 minutes prior to the trip. Generally, the boat provides plenty of open air spaces so that seasickness is not an issue.

The first thing we'll do is get you ready. You'll get fitted in a harness and together, we'll go through an active training session: how to use all of the equipment and tips to help navigate the courses. Next, it's time to hit the courses! Over the next 3 hours, you'll get to explore the 4 unique sections of the aerial obstacle course. It's up to you to set the pace to explore the challenging elements and obstacles! With Tarzan swings, balance beams, ladders, wobbly bridges, tight ropes and more, you are sure to put your mind and body to the ultimate test. Me and my team - part of the local community of adventurers - will be there to help you out with tips on some of the trickier elements --- if you want them, that is! I'll even take you over to try out the highest, most extreme obstacle course I have! Finally you'll experience the thrill of soaring through the air on our zip line only course. Sit back in your harness and feel the rush! After exploring the treetops, you're welcome to explore the Cape May County Park & Zoo. Check out the animals, the walking paths, enjoy a picnic, or play disc golf! Other things to note This is a physical experience. Make sure to wear closed toed shoes and to stay hydrated. You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink, but NO alcohol

You will enjoy a unique two hour bike tour around the historic town of Cape May. Depending on the day, the time of year, and the weather, we will explore different parts of the town on two wheels, stopping at 10-15 unique places that are off-the-beaten path and not included in the local brochures. For example: - The Lost City of South Cape. Hear about this town from the early 1900's that no longer exists and see images of the unique tourist attraction that used to be here. - The Oldest Operating Hotel in Cape May. Hear about the Civil War hero who built this in 1876, see its "secret" garden, and learn about its connection to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. - The Christian Admiral Hotel. See where this grand hotel stood until 1996, learn about the forces that doomed it from the start, and hear insider tips about where to find pieces of this building repurposed around town. Along the way you will see photos of what the town used to look like and images of the curious stories from its past. Plus we provide you with cool beach cruiser bikes and helmets (fully sanitized) to use during the tour. Other things to note: As long as you can ride a bike, you can do this tour! We go at a leisurely pace and Cape May is extremely flat - the perfect place to ride a bike.

An hour class of yoga trapeze - basic intro about breathing, introduction to the trapeze, connecting breath with yoga poses on the trapeze with the sound of the waves leading towards 10min meditation on the end of the class. Other things to note An hour before the class no food no drink - water only.
