Custom Day Trek Adventure
Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai Sang - Lao Chai - Ta Van This custom trek starts in Sapa at 9:00 am. The first stop on our trek is a little mountain you can look over to Fansipan peak, and then We will then traverse through the scenic Muong Hoa valley. The trail leads through an astonishing landscape with stunning views of mountains and rice paddies as far as the eye can see. The views are only interrupted by rivers, local houses or farmers working their fields. At 11:00 am we will arrive at Y Linh Ho, a small village of the Hmong minority. Here we will take a bridge across the beautiful river below. From here the hiking routes will lead us to Lao Chai Sang where we will stop for lunch. We will walk past endless rice fields in the shadow of the mighty mountains We arrive at Lao Chai Sang village 12:30 pm for lunch at a local Hmong Family's home. You can enjoy the great tastes of many local foods. After lunch we'll continue to Lao Chai, where you are likely to see the people working in rice fields, planting or harvesting depending on the time of year. After another one and half hours walk from Lao Chai village (2 pm) you will get a unique experience learning local culture, daily life and making the traditional clothing of the Hmong people. Finally we trek to Ta Van village of Dzay minority, where the bus returns us to Sapa around 3:00 pm Other things to note This tour will be tailored to guests specific fitness levels and is a local experience that is flexible depending on guests travel plans.

The walk around the outskirts city is about an hour, before we start the food tour. You will learn how Japanese, Chinese, and Westerners have strongly impacted Hoi An architecture, culture, and its cuisine. Japanese Knife Experience - Knowledge & Sharpening
I explain about our Japanese knives. You will have hands-on experience of cutting and sharpening activities. Lecture 1 hour, Hands-on 1 hour, total about 2 hours. Maximum group size is 2. I can customize the contents requested by attendances. Lecture - About me - History of our product and region - How & why shape difference - Material of knives - Secret of the price Hands-on - Cutting test using variety of knives - How to sharpen knife by stones - Test cutting before / after sharpening - Guide to deep world of sharpening You can see 50 different knives and 20 sharpening stones here. We keep our traditional artisan style. Our works are far from modern high-tech things. It's not fancy but practical and contains rich cultural history. I don't use any machines. All works are done by our hands, stones and water. You can do it same in your home later. All tools for sharpening are prepared. I prepare tomatoes, carrots, meat for cutting test. You can bring your knives for sharpening and food for test cutting, if you want. I show my sharpening process and let you do. In the lesson, we use 3 stones for 1 knife sharpening. You see and do full process of Japanese knife sharpening. After sharpening, you can cut food for testing. I am happy to talk about history, culture and crafts business too.

The Famous Ha Giang Loop Motorbike Adventure
Pre-departure day: If you're traveling from other locations such as Cao Bang, Sapa, or Ha Long, we kindly ask that you arrive one day prior to the scheduled departure on Day 1. In addition, if you plan to travel by motorbike, we would appreciate it if you could allocate the morning of Day 1 to complete certain procedures before meeting the group and commencing the journey after lunch. Day 1: Our van will collect you between 6.15-6.45 am and convey you to Ha Giang where you'll meet the team and indulge in a delicious lunch before embarking on your motorbike adventure. However, if you prefer to ride a motorbike, we'll have our guide meet you at your hotel in Ha Giang around 9.00 am. After that, we'll take you to our office, where we'll conduct indispensable safety procedures. Following that, we'll brief you comprehensively about traffic regulations in Vietnam and practice some fundamental biking skills on roads around Ha Giang. This session aims to get you ready for the journey ahead. Our guide will then assess your ability and recommend whether you should use an automatic, semi-automatic, or avoid riding altogether for your safety. Once the session is over, we'll serve lunch at approximately 12.30 pm, followed by a trip briefing run by our guide. You'll then set off for our Dao homestay in Nam Dam, Quang Ba District, enjoying breathtaking views of valleys and villages en route. We'll pause several times during the journey for rest and photo opportunities, including a stunning sunset view from the top of Lung Khuy Cave. Finally, you'll reach the homestay, check-in, and enjoy a sumptuous dinner before spending the night nestled in the peaceful mountainous core of Nam Dam Village. Day 2: After enjoying breakfast at our homestay, we'll get the bikes ready and embark on the next phase of our adventure. Our journey today will take us to a charming village called Lung Tam, known for its production of high-quality hemp linen. Here, you'll witness the entire linen-making process from start to finish and even try your hand at rolling out the cloth. You'll be taken aback by the degree of balance and strength it demands! Next, after crossing a mountain via a shortcut, we'll arrive in Yen Minh for lunch. From there, we'll head towards the border between Vietnam and China, covering the much-loved 50km stretch along the way. While en route, we'll pause at the house of the Hmong Opium King, where you'll acquire an insight into the life of the most affluent man in the region. We'll also visit the Extreme North Point, where you might catch a peek of some Chinese towns on the other side if it's a clear day. Upon arriving at Dong Van, we'll check-in at our hotel. Dinner will once again feature plenty of happy water for those who wish to partake and are of legal drinking age. We strongly advise you to schedule your trip to pass through Dong Van on Sunday since this is when the villagers hold their weekly highland market. This market provides locals with an opportunity to trade goods and livestock while also serving as a weekly social gathering that eagerly awaits. Day 3: After breakfast, we'll set off to explore the most serene areas of the region. Our destination for today is Ma Pi Leng, considered to be Vietnam's most picturesque pass. During our 7km hike here, you'll have plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos. Later on, we'll cruise through Tu San Abyss Alley before pausing for lunch at Meo Vac. Our journey continues to Du Gia, where we'll spend the night. Along the way, we'll stop for coffee in Mau Due, which marks the beginning of "the road of children." You'll witness many minority children playing by the roadside while their parents work alongside rocks. In Du Gia, weather permitting, you can indulge in a refreshing swim in a secluded waterfall before settling down for the evening in this charming little village. Day 4: You're welcome to take your time in the morning, relishing the stunning mountainside scenery, indulging in a refreshing dip in the nearby waterfall, or taking photographs of the locals. After our farewell lunch, we'll head back to Ha Giang and arrive in the city by 4 pm. Our van will drop you off in the heart of Hanoi around 10.30 pm (Airport drop-off is around 10 pm). During the ride, we'll make a dinner stop around 7 pm.
From Canals to Tunnels in Cu Chi
My hometown is very close to Cu Chi Tunnels where I will guide you to the historic area and explore the daily life in the nearby village by bicycle. You will discover how people do farming on the "death land" after the war and how to make the spring rolls from rice paper. One of my sisters makes the rice paper by hand at home then you will have a chance to see how the rice paper made from rice powder traditionally. Be prepared to be brave and sweat in the tunnels and be joyful in the garden and the kitchen as you will prepare your lunch in the style of local people. Hands-On a Unique Bamboo Crafting Experience
You will be welcomed by a visit to my bamboo studio and an introduction to all the different household facilities we have created out of bamboo. You then use our materials and tools to make your own artwork under our guidance (if necessary). We’d love to help you build whatever you want from bamboo. You will prepare everything from the beginning and work on your own bespoke project to create something special to take home with you. Ba Ho Waterfall Half Day Trekking Tour
The trip starts ~ 8:00am to 8:30AM at our hostel/your accommodation. We will head North of Nha Trang straight to Ba Ho waterfalls, situated about 25 kilometers north of Nha Trang. The waterfall consists of a string of three falls beneath a clear, refreshing pools surrounded by thick and dense forest (Ba Ho means “three pools”) where you can swim and enjoy natural 'fish massage' therapy. We need to take a 30-to-45-minute hiking to the top but the view and refreshment from cool water just worth it. We will show you the best picture spots to make the most out of your trip. My Son sanctuary with insider guide

Hue Street Food Tour- Walking Tour
At 5:30 pm, I will pick you up at your hotel in Hue and the first place is a local family house. where we will learn how to make some local cakes such as Banh Beo, Banh Nam, Banh Loc. After that, we go to a second place to enjoy Bun Hen – the mixed noodle with small mussels. We will enjoy the Bun Hen with fabulous panoramic views of Hue city and the Perfume River. Continue walking to another street shop to enjoy Che – Hue sweet soup- a mixed sweet soup made of many kinds of beans, bananas, coconut meats, coconut milk, and corn. Keep walking to the dragon boat station to sightsee the beautiful Truong Tien bridge and the romantic Perfume River. After a short walk, we will come to a street shop to enjoy Bun Bo Hue (Noodle soup with beef), the specialty in Hue city. The last place we must come to enjoy is the number one Vietnamese rice pancakes at the Lac Thien restaurant at Thuong Tu gate in the Citadel. Enjoy the cakes and drink some Huda beers– the famous local beer in Hue. Finally, we will learn how to say: “One, Two, Three, cheers” in Vietnamese is “Mot, Hai, Ba zoo! Around 8 pm, at the end of the tour, we make sure you are 100% full. We get back to your hotel. Other things to note For this walking food tour, you have to walk around the city of Hue, total 7 km so please make sure you can walk if you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance.
The Famous Ha Giang Loop Motorbike Adventure
Pre-departure day: If you're traveling from other locations such as Cao Bang, Sapa, or Ha Long, we kindly ask that you arrive one day prior to the scheduled departure on Day 1. In addition, if you plan to travel by motorbike, we would appreciate it if you could allocate the morning of Day 1 to complete certain procedures before meeting the group and commencing the journey after lunch. Day 1: Our van will collect you between 6.15-6.45 am and convey you to Ha Giang where you'll meet the team and indulge in a delicious lunch before embarking on your motorbike adventure. However, if you prefer to ride a motorbike, we'll have our guide meet you at your hotel in Ha Giang around 9.00 am. After that, we'll take you to our office, where we'll conduct indispensable safety procedures. Following that, we'll brief you comprehensively about traffic regulations in Vietnam and practice some fundamental biking skills on roads around Ha Giang. This session aims to get you ready for the journey ahead. Our guide will then assess your ability and recommend whether you should use an automatic, semi-automatic, or avoid riding altogether for your safety. Once the session is over, we'll serve lunch at approximately 12.30 pm, followed by a trip briefing run by our guide. You'll then set off for our Dao homestay in Nam Dam, Quang Ba District, enjoying breathtaking views of valleys and villages en route. We'll pause several times during the journey for rest and photo opportunities, including a stunning sunset view from the top of Lung Khuy Cave. Finally, you'll reach the homestay, check-in, and enjoy a sumptuous dinner before spending the night nestled in the peaceful mountainous core of Nam Dam Village. Day 2: After enjoying breakfast at our homestay, we'll get the bikes ready and embark on the next phase of our adventure. Our journey today will take us to a charming village called Lung Tam, known for its production of high-quality hemp linen. Here, you'll witness the entire linen-making process from start to finish and even try your hand at rolling out the cloth. You'll be taken aback by the degree of balance and strength it demands! Next, after crossing a mountain via a shortcut, we'll arrive in Yen Minh for lunch. From there, we'll head towards the border between Vietnam and China, covering the much-loved 50km stretch along the way. While en route, we'll pause at the house of the Hmong Opium King, where you'll acquire an insight into the life of the most affluent man in the region. We'll also visit the Extreme North Point, where you might catch a peek of some Chinese towns on the other side if it's a clear day. Upon arriving at Dong Van, we'll check-in at our hotel. Dinner will once again feature plenty of happy water for those who wish to partake and are of legal drinking age. We strongly advise you to schedule your trip to pass through Dong Van on Sunday since this is when the villagers hold their weekly highland market. This market provides locals with an opportunity to trade goods and livestock while also serving as a weekly social gathering that eagerly awaits. Day 3: After breakfast, we'll set off to explore the most serene areas of the region. Our destination for today is Ma Pi Leng, considered to be Vietnam's most picturesque pass. During our 7km hike here, you'll have plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos. Later on, we'll cruise through Tu San Abyss Alley before pausing for lunch at Meo Vac. Our journey continues to Du Gia, where we'll spend the night. Along the way, we'll stop for coffee in Mau Due, which marks the beginning of "the road of children." You'll witness many minority children playing by the roadside while their parents work alongside rocks. In Du Gia, weather permitting, you can indulge in a refreshing swim in a secluded waterfall before settling down for the evening in this charming little village. Day 4: You're welcome to take your time in the morning, relishing the stunning mountainside scenery, indulging in a refreshing dip in the nearby waterfall, or taking photographs of the locals. After our farewell lunch, we'll head back to Ha Giang and arrive in the city by 4 pm. Our van will drop you off in the heart of Hanoi around 10.30 pm (Airport drop-off is around 10 pm). During the ride, we'll make a dinner stop around 7 pm.
Explore Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Trip Am/Pm Small Group

This is the best part of the trip when you actually crawl into it to feel what it was like in the war. Guests who have claustrophobia be not afraid of crawling inside, you still can see it from above the ground. **Taste the pandan tea and tapioca (guerilla’s war food) before heading back to Saigon. The trip ends around 2:00 PM for the morning trip and 7:00 PM for the afternoon trip.
