This wooded mountain property is spacious, indoors and out, with ample room to roam, relax and host friends and family. Nestled into the woods, the home itself is cozy and warm and has incredible amenities. The home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full-sized bathrooms, all on the main floor. Plus, it has 2 additional, queen-sized Murphy beds hidden away in the lower-level living area. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom, large closets, and a premium king-size bed. In addition, 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with a premium king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, are well-appointed, with extra pillows, oversized windows,dressers, end tables, and plenty of closet space! Also, there are 4 portable a/c units, one in the living room and all 3 bedrooms for those hot summer days. If you plan to cook, our kitchen is well-stocked with all of the kitchenware, table settings, serving dishes, and cooking utensils you'll need to serve up a gourmet feast. Step outside the front door to our private circular driveway and directly access the walking/bike trail systems. Go left, and you'll find the paved trail that takes you to the City of Whitefish or break off the path to explore the Whitefish Trail System starting at the Reservoir Trailhead. Go right, and you'll travel along East Lakeshore Drive to the lake at Les Mason Park - a perfect place to have a picnic lunch, take in some nature, and enjoy the lake with the kids. This family-owned vacation spot has a diverse mountainscape setting, including ponderosa, cedar, and tamarack pine trees plus raspberry, chokecherry, currant bushes, as well as native flowers and grasses. Our 700 sf Condo/loft has 1 queen, 1 single bed in a loft, and a king sized sleeper sofa downstairs. It's perfect for our family of 4 and is somewhere we dearly love to spend time at. Ptarmigan Village has great facilities. The highlights are the indoor saltwater pool and large outdoor hot tub. Both are perfect after an active MT day. It's a 5 min drive to the lifts, and 10 min to downtown. Whitefish is a really special place that I hope you and your family will enjoy as much as we do.
