PLEASE NOTE, the host lives in the home with a cat who only comes in at night. Shared common areas and open concept living, dining and kitchen with a private bedroom and private bathroom. Wilmington is the last in a chain of islands just before Bull River and the big marsh drive to Tybee Island Beach. Perfectly located: 15 minutes to downtown Savannah, 10 minutes to midtown, less than 10 minutes to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers available.

A private oasis on the marsh! 8 miles to Tybee Island and 10 miles to Historic Savannah. Our studio apartment is completely furnished with a new pillow-top king sized bed, complete living area with comfortable seating f with a 40 inch Sony smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped.
