Welcome to our home, a Grade II listed Georgian Rectory set in a peaceful location up a private drive, yet also accessible to the M4 (10 min) & Malmesbury (3 miles). A comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom (bath & shower). The bedroom also has a washbasin & desk. We also have 2 single beds which can be booked with the double room (further details below). Over the summer months a separate private living space is available (further details below).

Hill Farm Shepherds Hut is located in the corner of a 15 acre field with uninterrupted views of the Cotswold countryside, where you can while away the evening stargazing. A great place to relax and unwind with the optional use of a wood fired hot tub. The Hut is very private with its own track and parking.
