We are Denver local hiking enthusiasts who love to take guests of all levels of experience to low traffic trails with breathtaking views all year round! We are the original Denver guided hiking tour. We start our adventure at one of Denver's best coffee shops, in the Highlands neighborhood, minutes from downtown. We will customize the hike based on the preferences of the group and the current trail conditions. We'll connect with nature, soak in the sunshine, see jaw dropping mountain views, maybe see some wildlife, take snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! We will take amazing photos (check out our insta @hikingintherockies) and send them to you at the end of the hike for memories that will last a lifetime. Our hope is that you'll feel healthier and happier after spending time hiking with us and connecting with the beauty of Colorado. There will be an optional group lunch after the hike or you can buy lunch at the coffee shop and eat at a picturesque spot on the trail. The guided hike's elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 12,000 ft. A car is not required for this experience, but we encourage guests to provide their own transportation. If that is not possible, we are happy to drive you in our car and we will return to the meeting spot at the end of the tour.

You also don't want your other photos to be all selfies! You want photos to be proud of. But, how do you begin to plan? That's where I come in! After you book an exciting hike with me, I send you out a questionnaire so I can learn what you want so I can tailor it to your needs. I call you the day before the hike to confirm everything for your exciting day out. On the day of the hike, I come to pick you up at your place in the Denver metro area an hour or so before sunrise. To document your adventure out in the mountains, I bring 2 professional DSLR cameras. Throughout the hike, I take photos of you, the group, the mountains and anything else you want. After the hike is done, you will safely arrive back at your place and will have the rest of the day to reflect on the fact that you did so much before lunch. I will take you out into the mountains to experience and connect with Colorado on a gorgeous hiking trail! We will usually hike a moderate trail located within 1 hour of our morning meeting spot. This adventure is for all level hikers. Most hikes are a bit challenging, but we will go slow and the views make the adventure well worth it! Our focus will be on immersing ourselves in the vibrancy of nature, so we will take our time and admire the beauty around us! We will walk the trail and experience trees, rocks, snow, and mountain vistas from a new perspective! We can take breaks to admire wildlife and the large and small interconnected communities all around us! In the winter, we will traverse a beautiful snow covered trail up to a scenic view. Microspikes are available if there is any concern about walking in snow or ice. At the top of our trail we will take a relaxing lunch break where you can reflect, hang out, and explore! I will take tons of high quality pictures throughout the experience and send them to you in a google drive folder after your hike. Because of the varying terrain and high altitude in Colorado, the hike may be more challenging depending on your fitness level. We offer expertly-led whitewater rafting trips on Clear Creek in Colorado. Our guests will experience numerous class III and IV intermediate level rapids and beautiful scenery. Clear Creek is very active and contains more rapids per mile than any other commercially available whitewater run in the nation. This trip is rated intermediate in difficulty and is good for both first timers and experienced rafters over the age of 13. We provide transportation from our shop, to the river, and back again. Before leaving our shop, guests will receive a safety orientation from a highly experienced guide, as well as the necessary gear for their adventure. Each boat will be assigned a highly experienced guide. On the river's bank, your guide will teach the commands they will use as well as proper paddling technique. After completing this lesson, your guide will embark with you on a whitewater adventure, sharing local tips and history while expertly maneuvering through the rapids. Guests will work together as a team to challenge the river and themselves. At the end of your ride, you will be provided with transportation back to our shop. Most of our trips are about 3 hours for the total excursion and can cover between 5 and 9 miles. Guests will gain a feeling of exhilaration and accomplishment, along with lasting memories after completing one of our adventures.

About 20 minutes east of Dillon, CO is the beautiful Loveland Pass and the Continental Divide, where I'll take you up past 11,000 ft. elevation to get some of the most breath-taking views that one can simply drive to. Wild flowers grow abundantly in the summer, changing leaves are visible in the fall, and the views on a clear winter day are unbeatable. Please join me as we tour the grounds and photograph your experience any time of year! Designed for adventurous couples or groups, or a single person looking to document their time in this spectacular landscape! Be prepared to be active & in front of the camera as we capture precious moments touring around the mountain pass! Please feel free to request a different time for the shoot than what is available. Things to note: - This will be up near 12,000 ft elevation with a moderate to low difficulty level. - Transportation is not included in this experience. Please be prepared to use your own vehicle to get to our destination. - It is outside, & being this high in elevation, weather can be unpredictable. You may wish to bring a backpack, wear comfortable shoes, and dress in layers! - The road (Highway 6) up to our location contains steep switchbacks with no guard rails at some spots. - There is 2 person allotment. Your adventure begins at a cafe conveniently located in central Denver. After a short introduction we will head to the hills and carpool to the hiking trail. The hike is about 3 miles depending on the ability of the hikers and length of the trail. After the hike we will return to the cafe. This tour uses ELECTRIC bicycles with pedal assist and throttle features which make going up hills and cruising the city a breeze. Because we travel by e-bike, we are able to cover a lot of ground with little effort! We include historic neighborhoods, landmarks, parks, art and theater districts, world famous graffiti alleyways, haunted houses, suffragette monuments, microbreweries and craft coffee shops, all while feeding you fun facts and historical tidbits about Denver's dark beginnings, heroines, body snatchers, underground passages and significant street names and the criminals they were named after. To Celebrate our 7th season, we invested in brand new, top of the line e-bikes. We spent months investigating post COVID Denver. We talked to so many local businesses they know us by name. We drank too many coffees, beers and kombuchas, stayed out far too late on weeknights, and ate out way more than our doctors recommended. We explored in exhaustion both the day and nightlife scenes. You can rest assured, when we provide a recommendation, it is the real deal!

(St. Mary's Glacier) Join us on a hike up to St. Mary's Glacier all year round (transportation provided from Denver or we can meet at St. Mary's). We will ascend through the stunning Colorado forest and end with a breathtaking panoramic lake view. This is one of our favorite hikes in Colorado (1.5 miles round-trip). (Indian Hot Springs) Next, we visit another historic landmark and soak in the natural geothermal cave pools, which will be perfect for our muscles after our hike and is included with the price. Due to demand of geothermal cave pools the caves sometimes get a little busy but sometimes they are completely empty. (Beau Jo's Pizza) Afterward, we will eat lunch at Beau Jo's. The building has been around since 1880 and is one of Colorado's hidden gems. Idaho Springs has a population of 1,717 people and is a gold mining town founded in 1859 during the Gold Rush. If you want an experience with little risk and a whole lot of reward, this tour is for you. I provide all the equipment, just come properly dressed and get ready to explore all of what colorful Colorado has to offer in one single day. Other things to note In order to do this hike: *Note: The geothermal caves are gender separated, but if you let us know 2 weeks prior we can reserve a private bathe or outdoor jacuzzi.

Discover the wonders of the night sky just outside of Boulder with our all-ages tour! Accessible by car, Taxi, Lyft & Uber, the tour starts at sunset and lasts for 2 hours. A professional astronomer will guide you through the cosmos with several large telescopes and a laser pointer. We will explore the wonders of our universe including planets, constellations, star navigation, satellites, nebula, clusters, galaxies, and even shooting stars (if lucky). You'll be able to take in the breathtaking beauty of these celestial objects through our telescopes with your own eyes. The tour takes place at an easy-to-find trailhead, and there's no hiking required. You'll have the chance to see phenomenal sunsets and wildlife in the area. We provide our guests with a red flashlight, comfy camp seating, bug spray, and bottled water (upon request). We encourage our guests to bring questions, a sense of wonder, and warm clothing (as it can get cool after sunset). We can accommodate most requests for availability to fit your travel plans (the sooner the request, the better - we prefer to have at least 1 week's notice). Private group rates are flexible, so please contact us for details. Please keep in mind that the tour is subject to cancellation if the weather is too cloudy to see any stars.

Experience Colorado Astrophotography by taking breathtaking photos of the stars against the Rocky Mountains. The night photography tours are usually about 3 hours and begin within an hour of sunset. We have access to Colorado's greatest parks and know all the hidden back roads that have some of the most stunning views. Please look up moon phase and rise/set times. We can still go when the moon is out, it just dilutes the amount of stars captured, but we can get stars in any condition other than rain or snow. I have a Toyota 4 runner that fits 6 guests and we go to Guanella pass. You can bring your own DSLR camera or we will provide one for you. If you bring your own, please email us so we can make sure you have the right type of lens you need for optimal use. We have been recognized as one of Thrillist's top 50 experiences in the world as well as recognition from Matador magazine, and Voyage magazine. We drive about 30-40 min into the darkness, then spend another 30min getting cameras on their best settings. Then we take amazing photos and ask any questions about the camera or astronomy that may come up. We stay close to the car, and I teach you how to take optimal photos. We return home with amazing photos. Other things to note If mountain driving scares you, just let me know and we can keep it to paved roads.

In this experience, we will provide an Electric Fat Tire Bike, helmets, and water. There is no need to pedal here but if you want a workout just turn down the motor. The tour is an expertly planned route that will cover 15 miles in 3 hours and see many iconic sites of Downtown Denver. This is not a history tour you will see tones of sites in a short period of time and learn some fun facts along the way. The tour covers many sightseeing attractions, empower field, aquarium, art museum, colorado’s capital, immaculate conception, lots of public art, mural, and many more. I will have many recommendations for you on museums, restaurants, and microbreweries. On the itinerary, we will meet at the City Of Cuernavaca Park at 10 am. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we will have time to adjust the bike and helmets for you. Then we will return from the tour to the same park at 1 pm. There is parking at the park but it is limited so I can not guarantee parking will be there.

Hikes will depart rain or shine : ) Uber and Lyft both come here and cost between $20-$30 one way. I will give you specific directions for our meeting place & from there we'll hit the trail at an easy pace. I'll give you some of the history of the area & show you amazing views for photos. This is one of Colorado's most beautiful hikes. If you are looking for an easy hike that is jam packed with gorgeous views, this hike is definitely for you! It's well worth rising early to take this hike, when the sun first hits the rocks - the views will take your breath away. We'll take plenty of time for picture taking & rest stops. It's a 1.5 mile hike. There is a slight elevation rise on the last 1/2 of the walk that is very doable for even novice hikers. We stop often so there is plenty of time to take in the view, take amazing photos & catch your breath. The time of the hike varies between 70 and 90 minutes depending on the size of the group. You will leave with incredible photos that your friends will envy. Along the way, if we are lucky, we will see some of the wildlife that call the park home. We'll end the hike back where we started & you can visit the amphitheater on your own while enjoying snacks & a Cold Frappuccino I provide. This is an easy to lightly moderate hike good for most skill levels. There is a gradual incline of 325 feet.

You'll meet other 'crawlers' at our starting bar, where you'll jump right into the activities for the night. With over 600+ bars and breweries, Denver is a major hub for all things craft and creative alcohol. You'll get the chance to taste different drinks of your choice, some of which will come at a significant discount through promotions with the bars, all throughout the night. Over the course of the crawl we'll visit at least four bars. We'll start in a bit of a more calm nature and go out with a bang, ending at one of Denver's top 'places to be' nightlife-wise.
