Cartref cottage is situated some 4 miles from its nearest town,Ruthin. It is stone built and sits in the centre of the village next to the local pub that serve traditional pub meals. The village itself offers scenic walks with breathtaking views and also plenty of choices for mountain bikers and anglers as the reservoirs Brennig and Alwen are only 9 miles away, and a 45 minute drive away from the lovely snowdon, an opportunity not to be missed
