Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

This little cabin is still a work in progress but it is so cute and comfy! Have your morning coffee on the front porch and watch the hustle of everyone else while you prepare for your day! If you're driving a big rig, there is plenty of room to drive through without having to back up! We also have RV plug if you just want a spot to stop for the night and plug in! We will be working on the patio this spring! The heating and air is a 'mini split' (like the motel units)....

Please Be Our Guest in a century-old farmhouse built by our great-grandfather. The residence has all modern conveniences including central heat and air and rural Water. Guests will have access to the lower floor which includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, sitting room, large family room, and utility room with washer and dryer. A large porch and wooden deck are perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet offered by this rural location.
