Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Exeter Central Train station is approx 3 minutes walk, the cathedral only 10 minutes walk making this the perfect place for a Couples city break. Exeter University is approximately a 10 minutes walk and therefore an ideal place to stay if you're visiting the University. Check in is easy and the owner easily contacted if required.

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with shop and pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.
