Explore Costa Brava, the marvelous coastal landscape characterized by Aleppo and Stone pine trees overhanging the steep cliffs and sandy beaches with crystal clear water. We will start our hour long adventurous coastal path - Camino de Ronda, in Sant Feliu de Guixols and follow the rocky coastline while discovering some typical aromatic plants that grow in the Mediterranean. This path served as a patrolling frontier against groups of smugglers after the Franco’s dictatorship took over in 1939. In an hour at most, we will reach the splendid beach in Sant Pol de S’Agaró. We will change into swim clothes and get ready at the Escola de Vela for our kayaking explorations. Our sea kayaking adventure will take approx. 2.5hrs and will lead us to one secret cave where we will enjoy the first refreshing bath. The sea kayaks will allow us to gently propel along the amazing coastal cliffs while enjoying the marine ecosystems including seagulls, cormorants, and a variety of fish. We will find a secluded spot among the rocks to enjoy some crystal clear lagoon dip and a snorkel if desired. In the end, I will recommend local restaurants so that you can reward yourselves with a famous seafood dish called paella. There will also be free time to enjoy the beach. Other things to note: The kayaking activity will be determined by the current sea conditions on the day of the experience.

You will discover the secrets of Montserrat Monastery and Hike the Natural Park Off the Beathen Path with a passionate local guide in a small group of max 8 people. DESCRIPTION After 1 hour drive on a AC minivan, we will arrive to Montserrat. We will start the day visiting the Benedictine abbey before the crowds arrive. Will discover its amazing history and share some of the monastery's legends. We will start hiking from the monastery following a beautiful path with many viewpoints offering stunning views. We will continue until one of my favourite spots, from where we will have 360 degrees views over the multi-peaked rocky range and in clear days we would be able to see the Pyrenees. After admiring those great landscapes taking some pictures and trying some typical Catalan snacks (please bring your own sandwich for lunch) we will start descending through a shady path between the needle formations and forests of the mountain that will bring us back to the Abbey where you will have some free time to visit the farmers market or relax before comming back to Barcelona.

You’ll be welcomed into my opened kitchen and lush garden to master the fine art of cooking the perfect paella, following my grandmother’s recipe. I'll explain how to prepare it and will share with you some stories around that traditional dish. We are going to cook, enjoy wine, tapas and a delicious meal together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world. This experience is family friendly, kids are very welcomed! (Children under 6 years doesn't pay). We will pick our Electric bikes (or mountain bikes if you prefer) and begin our journey among the vineyards of Penedès, with a breathtaking view of the "Massif de Montserrat". You will discover the most beautiful wine routes in the area and learn about the local wine culture and the elaboration of Cava, the most iconic drink of Catalonia. During our tour, we will have the first tasting in an authentic family-owned winery. You will discover the world of natural & biodynamic wines and experience their unique taste. After a scenic bike ride, we will reach the 2nd winery. I will show you around the cellar and explain in detail the wine/cava making process. You will then try several premium organic wines and cava to discover the taste of the region, paired with some local snacks. After the tastings, we will return to the city center on an easy ride along the vineyards. This day trip from Barcelona has been designed for outdoors and nature lovers. As soon as we leave Barcelona we immerse ourselves in the Catalan countryside. The first stop is Girona (Game of Thrones?). A perfect mix of history, architecture, and...food! We will take a nice stroll through the narrow streets of the Old Town and the Roman Walls. Right after we will move into the Catalan Countryside, we deserve to be surrounded by the nature. The second stop is Peratallada , probably the less known but the most charming and well-preserved medieval village in the Empordà region. A nice stroll around and a few pictures later we will take you for lunch at Calella de Palafrugell, an old fishing village formed by several coves that still preserve the charm of the villages of the area, with narrow streets and some traditional two-floor fishermen’s dwellings. In this amazing day we´ll go for a quick but rewarding tour around Boquerías´s Market, followed by a warm an relaxed Paella lunch in a lovely apartment just 5 minutes walking away! I will show you where I buy all the fresh ingredients for the Paella, and we will walk through the fabulous market, my favorite place in Barcelona, so that you can see in detail how one of the most iconic markets in Europe lives. From there we will go to my house, where we will have appetizers, I´ll teach you how to prepare the Spanish "bread with tomato", we will make sangria together, and the delicious Catalan cream for dessert, while we wait for the Paella :). All this in a beautiful living room with balconies to the Ramblas, with soft drinks, beer and good wines, it´ll be a day that you will enjoy a lot! Other things to note Just dress comfortably and consider the weather since we´ll walk a few minutes (5) from the market to the apartment. This walking tour is an exploration of HAPPINESS and the field of Positive Psychology. The interactive tour is a relaxing walk across the historical heart of the city, moving from green park, palm trees and beautiful plazas to the windy medieval streets of the Old Town and the center of Roman Barcelona. We’ll stop at major landmarks including the Ciutadella park, golden Cascades Fountain, Passeig del Born (one of the city’s oldest medieval streets), King’s Square, City Hall and the towering Barcelona Cathedral in all its gothic glory. This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour. After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing.
