Access is through the front door of the main house but otherwise the annexe is completely self contained. Chieveley is a pretty village in Berkshire with excellent access to Newbury, Reading, Oxford, Swindon or Winchester. Court Hill is set amongst fields ideal for walking.
Down a Private road nestled in-between countryside and Newbury's Town Centre. Approximately a 12 minute walk would get you in to town and about 30 minutes walk to the main train station. The house is also very close to the Hare and Hounds pub with an award winning restaurant. The house also has off-road parking and inviting hosts in a clean and warming home. At the back of the property there is a large garden that guests are welcome to enjoy.
