The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the old workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country.

This is a bijou little one bedroom semi detached single storey cottage. -5 minute downhill walk to Polperro, 10 minutes back - Park on our drive outside your door. -Woodburning stove -Huge furnished private deck with barbeque -Ooni woodfired pizza oven (extra charge) - Set away from the village in a peaceful rural location, yet only 5 minutes walk to Polperro. -10 minutes uphill walk from village as the lane is steep. The walk is not suitable for anyone with mobility or fitness issues.

Rosslyn is a 19th century Cottage in a beautiful Hamlet in Lansallos situated between Polperro and Polruan. The property is ideal for a family of 4 as it has two bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other adjoining room has two single beds, there is a modern Bathroom with a walk in shower, w/c and wash basin. The Cottage has some traditional features including a log burner (with the first nights wood provided). We are dog friendly and welcome two well behaved dogs in the property.
