Private parking right out front on the large gated driveway next to your door. Great for solo occupation, one or two couples, a family, business people, and groups. Guests are welcome to use the carpark at the front of the property and the decking, garden furniture and BBQ in the back garden. We're happy to leave guests to themselves however we've lived in Edinburgh our whole lives so if you require any sight seeing suggestions do let us know :) The house is set on a private, quiet, and safe estate, with a gated car park. Choose from 3 buses to get to the city centre, 4 miles away, in 20 minutes or so. Stroll a short way to reach large supermarkets, plus local shops, cafes, and pubs. Bus stop is only a 3min walk from Carlotta Guest House. With a choice of 3 buses into town and back. There are two large supermarkets within a 5 minute walking distance one of which is equipped with a petrol station which is handy if you are travelling by car. The housing estate Carlotta Guest house is located within is fairly large. The main entrance to the estate has a. Eighbouting Aldis supermarket, so look out for that. To find the property easily please enter the estate and take the 4th exit on your left. Follow the road right to the very end and turn into the drive on your right. You will then be faced with the gates into the premises :) *Please note for all 2 guest, single night bookings wishing to use the sofa bed; there is an additional £10 cleaning fee for the additional bedding. This is sent after the booking is made as Airbnb does not have the systems in place to charge for this during the booking process. Additional guests (more than 2) will incur a £25 fee per guest per nights stay.

My Space is located in Midlothian which is just on the outskirts of Edinburgh. It’s in a small town (Bonnyrigg) which has local amenities including local Tesco shop and co-op, a few bars and restaurants also. There are 2 bus routes from Bonnyrigg into Edinburgh city centre which run every 10mins and are located less that 5min walk from the property. There is even a night bus that will bring you back into Bonnyrigg until the early hours! The flat is small and cosy and fit for 2 adults.
