Stone barn, easy access to the beaches of Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, and walking distance to the village shop and petrol station. Perfect for coastal walks, relaxing by the sea or flying around on kites, boats and surf boards.
The Barn, set in the grounds of our home, a thatched Cottage on a peaceful lane, and although surrounded by other properties, is quiet and private.
There is a shrubby patio area and a stone shed useful for wet clothes, boots, bikes, and watersport kit.

Blackberry Cottage is a newly renovated 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished over the last 12 months into a beautiful cottage for modern living.
The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in.
Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays.
