Shepherd's Hut at Doone Valley Campsite

Recently refurbished Shepherd's Hut located at Doone Valley Campsite. In the heart of the Exmoor National Park and nestled in the Doone Valley, made famous by R.D Blackmore who wrote Lorna Doone. The hut has two large sofa/ seating area which converts into a comfy large double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The hut has a fully equipped kitchen area including a gas hob, sink and mini fridge. Private outside seating area and parking (separate from the main campsite) Wifi and electric.

The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is a newly (2022) converted, detached building next to our little cottage, located in a quiet, scenic Exmoor valley just a few miles inland from Lynton and Lynmouth. There are spectacular walks from the doorstep, and there are two country pubs, one in each direction, and both less than a 10 minute walk. We've had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and an old pine wardrobe.
