This will be your unique experience with making Pierogi with beautiful view on Warsaw skyline! You will have a chance to learn how to prepare dough and several fillings (ie.sauerkraut with mushrooms, mushrooms, meat, potatoes and cheese, salmon and ricotta, spinach and feta cheese and lentil - let me know if you have any allergies or you have special diet). All these accompanied with beverages of your choice (alcoholic and soft drinks). After the preparation part comes well deserved consumption which may take place on the rooftop terrace or inside (depends on the weather and your mood :)). Our plan: 1. short introduction with local choice of starters and welcome drink - let's get to know each other before we start this intimate experience of sharing one table :) and kitchen! 2. Wir treffen uns auf dem Schlossplatz vor der markanten Sigismundsäule und starten einen gemütlichen Spaziergang durch die rekonstruierte Altstadt, vorbei an bunten Bürgerhäusern und Kirchen, nehmen Abkürzungen durch enge und romantische Gassen und entdecken Ecken, die die meisten Touristen oft übersehen. Die Königlichen Gärten mit Blick auf die prächtige Fassade des Königsschlosses, die Aussichtsplattform auf dem Misthaufen der Altstadt mit Blick auf das andere Flussufer und der Markplatz, der aussieht, als sei er nie zerstört worden, sind nur einige der Hingucker. Man kann die Strecke auch alleine ablaufen, aber es ist nicht möglich ohne gründlicher Vorbereitung die wichtigsten Fakten herauszufiltern. Das UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe ist ein wahrer Schatz mit außergewöhnlichen Informationen. Mit mir könnt Ihr Euch auf das wesentliche konzentrieren. Zudem gebe ich Euch die Geheimtipps weiter, wo man lecker Essen kann (auch vegan oder vegetarisch), wo es guten Kaffee gibt oder auch welche hervorragende Museen es wert sind, besucht zu werden. Ich möchte Euch aber auch erzählen, was die Altstadt für die Warschauer bedeutet oder eben auch nicht bedeutet, wie die Warschauer ticken, wie sie ihr Umfeld wahrnehmen oder auch wo sie ihre Freizeit verbringen. Pierogi aka pierogies are the most popular Polish dish, loved by everyone. Pierogi are made of a thinly rolled dough with various fillings. A large number of filling types makes this Polish food a snack, a first course or even a dessert. During pierogi cooking class you will learn, how to make the dough, how to roll it and cut it, as well as how to prepare two kinds of filling. The one, which is the most known – fresh cheese, potatoes, and caramelized onions, and the other… we will see . Then, you will learn various techniques of folding the dumplings and discover hacks that make them really tasty. Finally we will boil them and eat with a few side dishes. We invite you for a cooking class to one of our homes in Warsaw and we hope that you will like a cosy atmosphere in a small group (max 4 guests). Come and have a great time with us!

There are so many famous and hidden places rich in history and beauty that you can explore while we take pictures of you. We will visit the streets of the Old Town of Warsaw in search of the most beautiful places with beautiful or artistic views, full of brilliant places. I will pick you up at your hotel in the morning and drive you to Treblinka extermination camp. We will visit museum and both Camps, Labor and Extermination. We will make as many breaks you need and stop for important places. We can stop for lunch if you need or take a sandwich and eat on the way. Other things to note I can pick you up anywhere. I am open for time and flexible for visiting nearby places and stop for photo shooting anytime. Excursion would take around 5-7 Hours, depending on your needs.
