It is 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of town, the theatre and all the shops, restaurants and bars of Stratford upon Avon. It is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. A new 70 litre fridge, microwave, crockery, milk, coffee, tea and sugar are provided. No Smoking on the premises or in the garden. Space for 1 guest car on the drive. Transit size vans accepted but nothing larger thank.

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.
