It is 10 miles to East Midlands Airport and a good base for exploring many places like Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and many more. It is located in a cul-de-sac location with plenty of parking in a quiet side road off the main road. Lovely views over the garden and a field to the side. The room is a double with en-suite toilet, sink & shower room. It has a TV, fire stick and a comfy bed.

The bedroom can be configured with either a superking size double, or as a twin, with 2 singles. The accommodation includes ensuite shower room with toilet. Breakfast is included in price.
