The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other being ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Our property is located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. We have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized paddock and garden . The Annex has a large double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
