Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Recently we were referred to as "off the beaten track", but we're actually 6 minutes from Yarmouth, 200 yards from the nearest bus stop and less than 20 minutes walk to the nearest pub.
