Two upstairs bedrooms, with one king size bed and TV (with Freeview) and one single (further beds on discussion with host), and bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting/work room with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge(no freezer) without a kitchen sink. Washing up service provided. All for your private use. You will have your own front door and space, so you will in effect have a self contained unit.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The annexe has its own private entrance, kitchen, king size bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The property is very close to Sutton Bonington Vet School and is popular with visiting parents. It is also only a 12 minute drive from West Midlands Airport so close for those who are travelling. Set within an old Georgian period 'Gentlemen's Residence' farmhouse, as well as a working organic mixed livestock farm. The private annex is self contained and has all the amenities you would need. There is a large lawn set within 2 acres with a beautiful natural area with large mature trees and scenic views and a swing seat for two. The annex has an outdoor seating area with a charcoal BBQ in the summer months. There is a shared conservatory for both annexes.
