Alex's Ice Baths and Breathwork
* Note, you can book this privately during the week. If you book it for the Saturday 9am - 10:30am slot, it will be with about 15 other individuals. This is actually great; doing hard things in groups increases oxytocin, which leads to an increase in dopamine during the challenging parts. We will be doing a mixture of Tai Chi and Breathwork before jumping into some ice baths! This is a great opportunity for: - Team Bonding! Ice Baths wake everybody up and the shared discomfort brings people together. - Social Media! Who else that you know is jumping into an ice bath on Saturday morning? - Reflection: The Ice Bath removes anything inessential. It helps to release feelings of being stuck, complacent, and angry.
