This is a charming, Spanish-style, 2 bedroom/1 bath, pleasantly decorated house with an enclosed back yard and laundry room. Tasteful dining room with chairs for six and a living room with ample couch space with TV(for streaming), Blu-Ray/DVD player and Wifi. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands and is adjacent to the laundry room. Bedroom #2 has a beach/ocean theme with 2 twin beds by default, but can be 1 King size bed upon request. Reverse Osmosis filter in the kitchen!

No children under 12. Cozy, tons of deck. Very simple home, but with the basics and lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me at all. Small dog who likes to wander, so you might see Greta. She’s the best! No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells something about your group other than the fact that you will be visiting the area. Thx.
