J'aimerai vous faire découvrir la cuisine de mon pays et ma région, la cuisine de mes grands-mères. Nous commencerons la journée en allant au marché d'Aix-en-Provence afin de choisir les légumes pour un apéritif typique provençal et une vraie ratatouille par exemple, ou bien un plat mijoté. Puis nous cuisinerons dans mon appartement, en plein centre-ville, tout en échangeant différentes techniques et anecdotes. Vous apprendrez à concocter ces recettes typiques du début à la fin. Nous dégusterons ensuite les plats effectués dans la convivialité accompagnés de boissons locales choisies par mes soins. Les plats proposés varient en fonction des saisons et de la disponibilité des produits, afin qu'ils soient les plus frais et plus gouteux possibles. N'hésitez pas à me faire part de vos préférences quelques jours avant pour que je puisse adapter les recettes. Vous pouvez emporter certaines de vos réalisations en souvenir. Autres remarques N'hésitez pas à me faire part à l'avance de vos allergies, restriction alimentaires, ou préférences en matière de cuisine. Je me ferai une joie d'adapter les menus afin que vous passiez le meilleur moment possible. Le temps de préparation peuvent varier mais je m'adapterai au mieux à vos contraintes PS: J'ai un chat, qui est très timide donc vous ne le verrai surement pas, mais si vous êtes allergiques n'hésitez pas à me le dire.

CECI EST UNE EXPÉRIENCE DÉCONNECTÉE. Les smartphones sont déposés à l'embarquement. Vous embarquerez sur un catamaran agile de 12 m avec François, skipper pro, et prendrez la mer pour une navigation sous voile, moteurs éteints, pour goûter à la poésie de glisser sur l'eau en silence. Vous pourrez barrer, si vous le souhaitez, participer aux manoeuvres et apprendre le fonctionnement d'un bateau à voiles et sa sécurité. Après 1,5 h de route, le bateau mouillera l'ancre dans une calanque de l'archipel du Frioul ou de la Côte Bleue, en fonction de la direction du vent ce jour-là et donc de la tranquillité du mouillage. Nous partagerons un verre et un bain de mer avec douche chaude en sortant. Vous pourrez pratiquer le paddle ou le farniente. Note : Ce n’est pas une visite de lieux précis mais une navigation sous voile où la contemplation, le lâcher prise et l’écoute sont privilégiées. C'est une expérience unique sur un magnifique bateau, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un cadre extraordinaire. À l'ombre des voiles et en silence, votre disposition à vous émerveiller de la beauté de la mer et des paysages, de la rencontre des gens à bord, fera la différence. François fera tout pour que ce soit réussi et ça fonctionne en général à merveille ! La mer rend heureux, permet de se rencontrer soi-même et les autres. Nous serons de retour au port de l’Estaque.

Discover the amazing scenery and mountain trails of Sainte Victoire Mountain with an electric mountain bike. The 3 hour tour will take you to unexpected trails up and down the mountain. The electric mountain bike makes it easy to ride up steep hills and explore the mountain. The 3 hours morning or afternoon tours start in Aix-en-Provence. I will meet you and set you up with an electric mountain bike. The first few kilometres are on the road to the mountain so that you can get accustomed to the electric bike before you start the climb up the hill. We will stop at various points to appreciate the magnificence of the mountain and to take videos, photos and have a snack. We go to various viewpoints such Zola Dam, Bimont Dam and others. An E-Bike is a great way to explore the trail for people of all ages and riding capabilities and enables you to ride to areas you never thought possible. There are different trails to ride depending on the skill level of the group. We return and finish at the starting point in Aix. Other things to note Must be able to ride a bicycle on your own Tour covers a distance of approximately 25 km, including steep uphills and downhills Tour may be cancelled due to bad weather such as heavy rain and if access to the mountain is closed due to risk of forest fires

Nous vous proposons de découvrir, en kayak de mer, les calanques de la Côte Bleue au départ de l’Estaque à Marseille et en allant dans la direction de Carry-le-Rouet. Au programme, plein d'anecdotes et de bonne humeur. Pour une excursion demi-journée prévoir 3h de temps total. C'est une expérience pour tous. Prévoir un maillot de bain pour une baignade dans les eaux cristallines de la calanque ou nous nous arrêtons pour la pause. Le tour du matin est conseillé pour les débutants, la mer est plus calme. Déroulement de votre journée : - Accueil à la mise à l’eau de l'Estaque. - Formalités & Briefing (explications des règles de sécurité, présentation de la zone de navigation et du parcours, point météo) - Distribution de l’équipement personnel (kayak, gilet, pagaie, sac étanche) - Mise à l’eau, que l’aventure commence ! Toutes nos embarcations sont équipées d’un petit sac de stockage des détritus afin de pouvoir ramasser de potentiels déchets flottants. Notre matériel est neuf (2022 et 2023). En cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques, l'activité pouvant présenter un risque, pour votre sécurité l’excursion sera donc annulée. Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse. We will meet at my house at 10am. I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region. Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (starter - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients. Some of them will come directly from our garden. During the class you will taste our Olive oil, homemade jams and of course local wines paired with the menu. Lunch will be prepared in my personal kitchen and will be served on a terrasse shaded by oak trees overlooking our Olive trees. We only use local and seasonal produce so the recipes will change with the seasons. Alongside Provençal recipes we also teach fusion inspired cooking, creating dishes that are inspired by local produce and spices from around the world. We will finish the class and lunch around 3pm. The farmhouse is located 45 mins from Aix en Provence and 50mins from Avignon, 45 mins from Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Lourmarin. Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade.  Tours are followed up with fresh truffle hors d'oeuvres, Champagne and a tasting of our organic olive and truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey with truffle ice cream. We will be walking in the old town of Aix, most of which has not changed for over 400 years. In our 2 hours together we will travel from Roman times to the present, Aix has a colourful history. We will also see and stop at some of my favourite markets , bars and ice cream shops ! We will start at the Rotonde, the symbol of our city .Stroll the famous Cours Mirabeau boulevard and discover the stories behind the grand doors.Next we enter the Mazarin Quarter , it remains an elegant place to live, beautiful mansions and still the site of the school where Cezanne and Zola became life long friends . Wind up through the lanes of the old medieval city, past fancy shops, daily food and flower markets to the Cathedral dating from the 5th Century. Other things to note. Discounts for 2 or more and Children Under 13 Free ! Parking in Aix on the street is possible but the Car Parks are not expensive and all are within 10 minutes walk of wherever you want to go. I wouldn't stress looking too hard for a spot. Nearest Car Park to our meet is La Rotonde , 1 min walk .

Je vous emmène dans ma petite cuisine à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Aix en Provence. Nous réaliserons ensemble un menu complet, entrée, plat, dessert, composé de produits locaux et de saison ! Il n'y a pas de bonne cuisine sans bons produits. Et notre belle Provence regorge de délices ! A votre arrivée, nous prendrons des forces autour de quelques petites gourmandises afin de faire connaissance. Bien sûr, nous aurons l'occasion de grignoter tout un tas d'autres délices au cours de l'atelier ! Ensuite, place à la réalisation de notre menu, que nous établirons ensemble avant votre venue. Entrée, plat, dessert... vous repartirez avec toutes vos réalisations pour que vous puissiez déguster un délicieux dîner.

We will do a tour of the marché Richelme and the marché des Prêcheurs. These farmers marchés (market) are the best ones in Aix en Provence. Les visiteurs sont accueillis à l'Epicerie aux Huiles, située au coeur du centre ville d'Aix-en-Provence, pour y déguster des huiles d'olive de qualité supérieure (AOP) sélectionnées dans la région Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur. Notre sélection d'huiles d'olive aux arômes, fruités et intensités très différents permet aux visiteurs de déguster toutes ces huiles en un même lieu. Un échange entre les pratiques culinaires est alors ouvert.

I will teach them about the traditionally provencal game of pétanque and how to play it. They will learn the basics of the game and experience a true pasttime of southern France. Refreshments will be served.

We will meet in the center of Aix-en-Provence and have a walk around the beautiful places and picturesque streets. It will be an unhurried walk, during which I will take lots of interesting photos for you. Also, I'll show you how to pose properly, so that the photos are alive, emotional and stylish. Other things to note I will teach my guests how to pose beautifully for the camera. I will send you minimum 20 edited digital photos within 3 working days after our photo-walking. I can speak english, french and russian.

Come and share my block printing designer experience in a Provence beautiful atelier. Blockprinting is a traditional print textile technique, travelling from India to Provence. It's a question of heritage and transmission, and it leads to a spirited technique. You will learn how to choose wooden blocks ( from India, Africa, Afghanistan) and coordinate patterns ans colors, make your samples and proceed to the making of your own wall panel for your decoration or a scarf for yourself or to offer, as you want. This workshop will be followed by a nice provence "goûter" (afternoon snacks) and discussion about our creation.
