Gift cards purchased on Airbnb.com are digital only. The following countries are available for purchase: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Purchase physical gift cards from participating retailers

You can buy a physical gift card at participating store locations. The following countries are available to purchase a physical gift card: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.

If you’re in a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) region—France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Greece—you can purchase a gift card for someone else in one of those EEA countries as long as the recipient has a valid payment method within that country.

Gift cards never expire and once the gift card is added to your account, it can be used for any stay or Experience around the world. You can also check your balance at any time.

Gift card features

Refundable credit: In the event that your booking is canceled, you can expect a refund to your gift card if it was used during purchase. Cancellation polices may apply.

Use multiple gift cards: 
You can redeem multiple cards on a single Airbnb account.

Use gift cards multiple times: Available credit can be used multiple times up to the full value of your gift card.

Flexible use: Available credit can be used to book homes or experiences (Available everywhere except the European Economic Area.)
