The Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs is a welcome oasis with its 680-acre park with wildlife, lush vegetation, lakes and views of the Sheep and Spring Mountain Ranges. We love to feed the ducks here!

Today, Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs has, peacocks, ducks 🦆 and geese swimming in natural ponds. 🦚 👉🏼 Popular for: Picnics on the grass, fishing, 🤾🏻♀️volleyball, bbq, and 📸 photography because of the scenery But it’s been popular for thousands of years 🕵🏽♂️ Fossils of mammoths, horses, lions, giant sloths, camels and bison have been found here. Fast forward to the early 1900s, the area was popular with the settlers of Las Vegas. 🏕 At one point, 📍 Nevada had the shortest divorce waiting period.. And a man named Jacob Goumand created a retreat for divorcees 🌄 He was so successful it became resort-like and favored by divorced celebrities. 🤩 It's even had its share of controversy..🤫 Named after Senator Floyd Lamb, he was later convicted of taking a bribe from an undercover FBI agent 👮🏻♂️ 🤭 Oooops.. lol 🤣 If you haven't been to this local wildlife park, with ponds and views of the mountain ranges.🏔
