This is our favorite tapas bar in Madrid. The beautifully decorated pinchos (only 3 EUR each) start coming out at 8pm, which is also when the place starts filling up. To get a seat at the entrance near the bar, arrive around 8pm. Make a reservation if you want to sit in the small restaurant in the back from where you can see the chefs acting in the kitchen. They do great Gin Tonics and an award-winning cheesecake. Our favorite is the fresh truffles cheese... mmmm...

Comida cántabra de muy alta calidad a precio asequible. La mejor tarta de queso del mundo, al llegar tienes que decir que te guarden una o te quedarás sin probarla!
