Okonomi-yaki is another Osaka’s favorite dish. Basically, Okonomi-yaki is made of cabbage, flour, egg and each shop has their own ingredients like shrimp, pork, or cheese. These ingredients are mixed and grilled into round shape on the iron plate. At the end of cooking, chief spread special source over the Okonomiyaki. The source is amazing.
