If you are interested in crystal, this is a must see. The "home of British Crystal" offers a visitors' centre telling the story of Dartington Crystal, a self guided tour through a working crystal factory and a shop that offers a big selection and special offers on glass and crystal. There is also an onsite cafe. 17 mile, 30 minute drive away.

A good place to visit when the weather is against you. You can watch the stages involved in glass making and see the skill involved. Visit their factory shop stocked with a very large selection of crystal and glass. Also has a cafe with good food and friendly service.

Take a tour around the uk’s last working glass factory and see the famous Dartington Crystal being made. Have a go at glass and painting, jewellery making or make a hand cast in the visitor centre. Have a wonder around the shop or stop for lunch or a coffee and cake in the restaurant.
