This bakery is famous for its macarons, but few tourists try flavors better known for their scents—rose, jasmine, violet—and they are the best. The orange flower macaron smells like spring, and I can assure you, it won’t taste anything like soap. In fact, all the flower flavors are superb when paired with fruits. That’s why the desserts with rose often also include lychee. Have a seat near the windows in one of the calm suites upstairs, and order the rose “Ispahan” ice cream to enjoy a fragrant mix of raspberries, lychee, and rose petals.
