This is a one of a kind collection of Link's photographs of the end of the steam train era. A must see for train and photography buffs alike!

Located just next to the Hotel Roanoke, this is a great place to start. The Roanoke Valley Visitors Center is located here, along with interesting exhibits about the history of the area, and the iconic photography of O. Winston Link.

O. Winston Link was an incredible photographer with a passion for one of the things that made Roanoke great: the railroad. His photographs are stunning and make you feel like you're right there standing next to him as the train comes chugging down the tracks.
