This place is not Turgutreis, it is about 20 minutes away by car. It is located right behind Aspat Beach. There are many places to sit, such as coffee, dinner, cocktail places. It also has several stores. I like it very much because it is newly built, you will feel like you are visiting a European city. If you have time, I would definitely recommend stopping by for an evening.
