This is a select fashion shop for men and women on the first floor of the Laforet Harajuku mall. It’s superfun because of all the poppy, unique Tokyo brands they have available. It can get a little pricey, but coming here will give you a decent idea of what Tokyo’s current fashion is like. The staff here are great at coordinating outfits and, this being Harajuku, they’ll be alright with some level of English, so don’t hesitate to ask.
