Cracklin’ Jack’s features Southern Style fare in a relaxed, down-home setting complete with ribs, steak, seafood, catfish and fried chicken. Live country music is available on some evenings making this a fun place to be if you want to two-step or shake a flamingo tail feather. What makes this menu unique is it offers some “flavors from the everglades” including Fried Gator Tail Bites and Frog Legs (both fried or sautéed) …if you ever wanted to try them (and I have). Some other favorites on the menu: Fried Green Tomatoes, Sausage Gumbo, Fried Oysters, BBQ Brisket, Baby Back Ribs and their "Huge" Fried Chicken.
