This chef could be cooking at an expensive and uptight restaurant charging an outrageous amount of money...but he loves frying fish instead. Some of the best fish and chips you'll ever have. Local tip: The fried fish is the star, but the co-owner is Filipina so take advantage of lumpia! If they happen to be serving their paella, RUN to get some!
