144 E 23rd St, Panama City, FL 32405 Hibachi restaurant and great sushi. My family eats here a few times a month. We are regulars. Their fried rice is amazing and I love the scallops. Sit around the big tables and it makes for a fun show. Our friend Billy is the bartender- tell him we sent you.
