Although it is part of a chain, there's no denying the appeal of the newly opened Ivy in the city centre. The luxury brand opened its first Welsh spot back in 2019 and has quickly become one of the hottest places in the city. The restaurant is massive and you're greeted by an impressively stocked bar complete with a giant Welsh dragon on top.
