John Wayne Park is at end of street with plenty of grass for a picnic while enjoying the view over Newport Harbor, Lido Isle, Pacific Ocean and beyond to Catalina Island.

This park, and Kings Road park, just down the road are two great viewing spots. You Have a view of the bay, Lido Island, the Ocean, and all the boats in between  stunning any time of day. Bring a folding chair, wine/cheese and crackers. That’s what the locals do.
