Short walk on the board walk to the overlook and to great birding. There are bird guides at the overlook. Take your binoculars. There’s also a loop walk to the St. John’s River where there had been a rail bridge. About a 2 mile loop.

Visit the lookout tower for a stunning ‘birds eye’ view of Lake Harney. Very accessible location for strollers or wheelchairs. You can also hike the trails in the wilderness area.
