Whiskey distillery tour is really fun and includes a tasting (think wine tasting but for whiskey). Restaurant is also good, and unlike the saloon, they take reservations here. Note that you will drive to the parking area in Wanship and take a 15 minute shuttle to the distillery, so plan accordingly.

Such a beautiful drive out to the Distillery. They haven't been doing tour due to COVID, but they ahve a great brunch/dinner and the guy who shuttles you up from the parking lot always has entertaining stories / history to share.
