If you like BBQ and things prepared on a smoker, then you will love Carr's. This restaurant is not in New Albany, but it is conveniently located in Floyds Knobs, which is only about 10-15 minutes away. Currently, Carr's is not offering dine-in service, but their drive-thru is open. I recommend the brisket, the smoked salmon, the gouda mac and cheese, the baked beans, and the red-skinned potato salad.
