I come here for the Californian-Italian food, but the woody design is also special. Opened by American chef David Myers, who is popular in LA and Singapore, the open kitchen is inviting and a feast for the eyes. I love the Salt Water Burger, made with 100% beef and topped with a homemade sauce that goes perfectly with the patty, onions, and arugula. It’s simple yet sumptuous—a new kind of burger.
